IndCo Cable TV Inc, performs network maintenance on an as needed and emergency basis. We strive to keep downtime to a minimum, but there are times when these are a must. IndCo will place messages on its phone system greetings and messages on its website when maintenance is being performed.
Maintenance window needs include, but are not limited to: hardware upgrades, software upgrades, configuration updates, routine hardware maintenance, etc. IndCo’s Engineers reserve the right to take down parts of or all of the network during network maintenance hours (12AM – 4AM) without notice for scheduled upgrades or to resolve non service impacting issues.
If an issue arises that needs to be corrected immediately and cannot wait for a maintenance window, IndCo’s engineers will potentially take portions of the network offline at any time without notice.
